Do you love the combination of chocolate and raspberries as much as I do? If so, I have the perfect recipe for you! It is super easy to make. I made these pans for an event and they were a big hit. There were no more brownies left by the end of the day!

What you will need:

1 box chocolate brownie mix (any brand is fine)

1 pint fresh raspberries

1 pouch Velata White Chocolate

3 packs Velata Mixables in Raspberry

Prepare the brownie mix according to directions and add 2 packs of the Velata Raspberry Mixables.

Bake according to package directions.

Meanwhile, melt one pouch of Velata White Chocolate. Once melted, add one pack of Velata Mixables in Raspberry.

Once brownies have cooled, you can drizzle the Velata White Chocolate over the brownies.

Garnish with the fresh raspberries and serve!

You can see the video to make these here: https://suejansons.velata.us/Velata/Static/Recipes

Enjoy!

  • I love raspberries and chocolate. But, to me that involves simply a dip or a drizzle of the chocolate onto the berries OR alternating bites of each. I don’t like the idea of boxed anything, I prefer to make dishes from scratch. That’s easy in this case. I bar chocolate, melted. I box raspberries, cleaned. Arrange beautifully and enjoy! No silverware required. (A little champagne on the side would make this “recipe” all the better for me!”
