Today We Diet!

Today We Diet!

I started a diet today! I have been steadily gaining a little weight over the last few weeks, and have finally decided I am over it. I am hoping to lose 25 pounds, but would be happy to lose 15. We will see how my journey goes.
After doing some research, I decided to try SlimFast. There are a few reasons why:
First, it is very convenient. One thing I lack in my life is time. With SlimFast, it really doesn’t take a lot of time because the shakes are already made up for you. All you have to do is stick them in the refrigerator and take them to work in the morning. Can’t get much simpler than that.
Second, it is pretty affordable. The cost of the shakes and bars are equal to, if not less, the cost of the meal you are replacing. And in my house, the fact that we buy it up front instead of each day, like we would lunch, is a bonus. It helps with the budgeting.
Third, I have researched and have seen other have great results using the SlimFast plan.
I plan on keeping you updated on my progress. I am also hoping that sharing this journey with you will keep me accountable for what I do. My husband is also on this journey, but I will not be sharing his journey here. He has his own blog and I believe he will be sharing his story there.
I also wanted to let you know that these are NOT sponsored posts. The decision to use these products were my own.
The website has said you can lose up to 6 lbs in 2 weeks, which would bring me halfway to my reality goal. That would be so sweet.
Wish me luck and have a great day!

Sue
