Moving Is Never Fun

Published September 9, 2014 by suejansons

Hello again! Yes, I am still alive, barely. I am still job hunting. Still working as a bartender on a part time basis.

Since I have not been working full time and getting the income we need, we are downsizing. This means moving. We are moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom townhouse. Oh the joy! We are also needing to downsize our belongings.

In some ways I am glad that we are getting rid of some of our belonging. We have way too much junk! And I am hoping it will help the new place to look less cluttered.

We usually hire movers to help us with the big items, but I don’t think we are going to be able to afford that luxury this time around. (By the way, you can hire movers for a decent price through UHaul.com). But I am hoping that some of the heavier items are not coming with us.

On a slightly brighter note, I went and spoke with a potential employer again today. They plan on making a decision by Friday. So please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that I get this job!

One day soon, I will be writing a much better post.
